I can't comment on the quality, as after 12 days the parcel has not been delivered. I have contacted customer service, who said the 7 day delivery is an estimate. I contacted the courier today (day 12) and they have yet to receive it.

I have been asked to remove this post by the company.
I think it's a fair review as the company are now stating that my item has been with the courier for over a week, despite sending an email only 4 days ago telling me it had been dispatched.
I am happy to edit the review with information on the product should it finally arrive.
Final input, on refusing to take the review down I received an immediate response from the company stating that they have chosen to cancel and refund my order against my wishes, which can be argued is poor customer service.
I did try and contact the company by telephone, but was on hold for 10 minutes with no response and I have since received an email confirming my unwanted and unrequested cancellation and refund.
So in summary, I ordered a canvas 12 days ago, it still hadn't arrived with my local courier. The company have sent conflicting emails and when I left this information in a review, they summarily cancelled and refunded my order. So instead of trying to rectify my issue, they have thrown a bit of a strop and decided they don't want to play nicely anymore, have responded negatively to my fair and accurate review and are ignoring emails and phone calls.
I have increased the review to two stars as they were much quicker at cancelling my order than they were in producing it, so have been awarded an extra star for general chaos!
Come on 1ClickPrint. Instead of moaning about less than perfect reviews on your service, try improving it!

. Received a canvas which is beautiful but very badly finished you can see white all round edges nothing to hang it up with very cheaply finished off with staples . 2 hanging canvas which again are really nice but company could have notified me the make of my phone would be at the bottom of it. Waiting on 3 more to arrive which were ordered before the ones I have received and no sign of them. Definitely won't be ordering anymore very cheaply done and no protection in transit whatsoever canvas just in a plastic bag .

⁹My pictures were great. They are on their way to USA Xmas gifts. They'll love them as they were taken at their Thanks giving this year so it will be a lovely surprise for them thank you. for printing the Canvases so quickly and getting them back to me in less than a week from the order. BRILLIANT

Paid for next day delivery, canvas never arrived until almost a week later, asked for a refund of next day delivery charge and was told unless I destroyed the canvas and sent them proof they wouldn't refund.
Obviously scamming people with extra charges for next day delivery when they send it regular mail.
Customer service atrocious, had to keep chasing them.
Chargeback initiated with card provider.

Ordered on the 9th Dec with a 10 day delivery promise. Arrived the 19th, Perfect.
For the price the quality was fine. Some disgruntled people expect the Earth for under a tenner for a 18 x 12 canvas print.

Can't praise this company enough 😊...I'd ordered a canvas as an Xmas prez, the quality wasn't what I'd hoped..got intouch, they resolved the issue very fast, I now have a very treasured memory hanging on our wall..I will be ordering more ASAP!! Many thanks.

Had many canvases from clickprints, excellent quality. On one I made a mistake on my photo sizing and got in touch when i received it ,clickprints customer service was fantastic, printed another photo out for me and sent it free of charge. I can't recommend them enough, thank you x
