Been looking around for a shipping container for storage, literally looked at 100s all from different suppliers all with different reviews, I took the time to send multiple emails to different companies, some didn't even respond, these guys were spot on , after several messages, I was asked to call , I was on the phone for ages with Jordan, he talked me through everything, I got the exact container I viewed on line, absolutely rapid response, any concerns I had were dealt with straight away, the whole process took exactly a week, couldn't have asked for a better service, the container is absolutely spotless and outside is inss new condition as you're going to get,, the delivery firm they used to deliver was spot on too, guy called Steve , very very good at what he does, as you can see in the picture there was a telegraph pole in the way , I highly recommend dealing with them, I do a lot of reviews on Google maps, with over 85 million views, I will tell companies what they are doing right or wrong, nothing to tell here everything was perfect from start to finish, thank you so much, Keith

Don't buy container from this company, I thought They were professional but unfortunately not. I wanted to buy a new one trip container and their salesman sent me a photo you can see in attachment he said that it was new and only one trip container. then after the photo, I bought container and paid their invoice. When we got delivery we saw that they were all completely different except for the colour. This container has too much damaged inside and outside, and it has rust on different places. I wanted to get a solution from the company, But Salesman rejected it, They are deceiving customers with photo but don't send exact condition container.

I was looking for a 40ft high cube container, and First Containers were the cheapest out of 5 quotes I had received - Not only were they the lowest by a considerable margin, they also delivered on the quality, spec & service. Fantastic company to deal with, staff where very friendly and professional. Even though to the haulage company and driver who went above and beyond to position the containers exactly where I requested which wasn’t the easiest.
