Ask for a sample, I didn't get mine but oddly my friend did. Turns out on the form, if you do not consent to a feedback you will not get one. Basically buying positive review using samples.

I asked them if that is the case, why are you asking me to wait because there a shortage of stock?I received this in return:

You need to work on your customer skills, specially if you have sample per review scam going on, and wasting peoples time and hide behind professionalism when you are confronted about it is not the way.

I contacted customer service online to claim warranty for my master cardiology stethoscope damaged tubing. They were very professional and asked me to send it to service centre they wanted. Replaced tube and serviced it to almost new for free. Pleased with their work.

What most people don't know is how often everyone living in a city is benefitting from products made by 3M. Yes they are massive and a bit souless, but the reality is nothing giant will be perfect all over. With scale comes power at the detriment of fleet of foot, with more than a century of manufacturing proven products comes at the detriment of risk taking and Innovation. Innovation fuels growth, and despite the majority of the Innovation having been bought through acquisitions, the internal budget for R+D remain high according to external quoted figures but unverified by 3M

Had to give 1 star as it wont allow to give a minus figure. The way this business deals with their customers is probably the worst that I have experienced in my lifetime. If you have a problem, dont go to them to resolve as you are just messed about from start to finish. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE>
