These guys are great! The whole team are impressive - Sales, Tech support, and admin - I Just spoke with Lydia Doyle about something unrelated to her typical role, and she was able to trace all emails and calls to and from our account in a couple of minutes!
5 minutes later, Katy Hayward supplied reports for all in and out calls for the last year - love this company!

Great service from 9 Group.
Always able to sort our issues out quickly and efficiently.
Their engineering staff are very knowledgeable and responsive.
Most recently we dealt with Tom who assisted us in helping out with our long-standing issue of our Caller ID showing incorrectly.
Within the hour Tom was able to source how the issue occurred and what we needed to do to rectify it. A day later the issue has now been resolved!
