We only used 999 Fire and Safety because, the chap that we had used for the past 10 years had disappeared. I was a little upset when the engineer had told us we had the wrong equipment in the kitchen, as we had a fire inspection pending I went along with the recommendation. Six months later, one of the fryers caught fire and we were able to put the fire out with one of the new extinguishers. It took a full day to clean up the mess, but we reopened the following day.
