We badly needed to have our small pond deep cleaned. It had been taken over by a massive water lilly and we didn't know what to do. These guys were very friendly and responded quickly to our enquiries and were able to get the job done inside a couple of weeks. Andy arrived on the appointed day and we were very happy with his work. Once everything had been cleared, we realised that there was more work required to replace pipes and maintain the filter and UV lamp so Andy came back a few days later and did that too. The water is now flowing around once again and everything looks so much better. I would not hesitate to reccommend Cotswold Koi if you need this kind of work doing and I have saved their details in case we need them again in the future.

Visited the open day today and it was nice to see them so busy. Yet despite this, Rob (and team) had so much time for everyone. Rob gave me invaluable advice I have not been able to get anywhere else. Took this home and a super fish at a great price. Well worth a 4hr round trip. I would highly recommend a visit.

Outstanding Service from Cotswold Koi!
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Cotswold Koi for the first time, and I must say, their service exceeded all my expectations. When I called, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure that everything I needed was taken care of without any hassle. I ordered a glass viewing window, boxed liner, and sealant, and to my surprise, the turnaround time was impressively quick. Everything was delivered within just a few days, much sooner than I anticipated. I'm still waiting for the glass, which is due to be delivered next week, but the fact that I've received everything else within a week's time is truly remarkable. In an industry where delays are common, Cotswold Koi's efficiency is truly commendable.

I am thoroughly impressed with their service and professionalism. I bought a pump from this place a year ago, had nothing but problems with it, sent it back to them, waited 6 weeks they get back to me, said it’s my fault not maintained, absolute rubbish, the pump was faulty and they should of replaced it, I recommend you don’t buy anything from this place, as there is no after service and they will NOT replace anything, just shows they are a 2 bit business with nothing behind them, first time a business won’t replace a faulty item, unbelievable. WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE.

Ordered a made to measure pond liners and a laminated pond window. Both were of fantastic quality and arrived timely. I had a little trouble fitting the window but Cotswold Koi were very helpful with advice. Will definitely use them again.

I recently ordered some pond salt but the delivery was 2 bags short. I informed Sarah who quickly responded and has sent 2 more bags even though har transport company insisted it was correct. Great attitude from Sarah and extremely friendly. I will be dealing with Cotswold koi in the future.
