Very disappointed with Webbs. We had a kitchen fitted some years ago and were happy with it, but recently have had problems with the dishwasher which is binding in the housing and will not switch on. Before getting someone out to look at the dishwasher we want a fitter to look at the housing first as that may be the problem. We contacted the original fitter, but he said he no longer worked for Webbs, nor did work in Kendal any longer. We phoned Webbs and explained the problem to a gentleman who promised to refer the matter to the owner who would phone me back. That hasn’t happened and Webbs have not responded to a full explanatory follow up email from me.
We fully understand that we are no longer in warranty and that Webbs do not have any contractual responsibility. We also fully expect to pay for any work that is done and this has been made clear.
We feel strongly this problem falls into the category of after sales service for any reliable company who purports to offer quality service.
Would I buy from Webbs again……..you are one step ahead of me now!

Fabulous family owned business. I have had 2 kitchens from them in 2 different homes and was delighted beyond expectation on both occasions. They really listen to you and work to your budget. The quality of the units and of the workmanship (of their joiner) was exceptional. Everything Ben recommended was brilliant, and he came up with ideas that I hadn't thought of. I would definitely buy from Webbs again and recommend them very highly.
