Excellent shop all the outdoor equipment you would need for camping hiking climbing and fishing. Staff we're friendly and helpful selling us a £5 discount card which saved me £10 on what I'd purchased. I will definitely be using this store again.

Worth buying a membership card for the discounts it brings. There's plenty of choice and the staff are all knowledgeable and lovely. It's dog friendly with a stand outside with fresh water and treats. There are toilets available too. They are also a collection point for parcels from various delivery firms and you can also bring returns too.

Came in to buy some camping chairs on my way to go watch my son in his football match, i was served by Nicky she was lovely helped me sign up to the members card so i could get the benefit of the offer on my chairs i bought. I was also helped by another lady on the floor who helped me find the chairs as i couldnt find them she was lovely to no problem at all helping me find then. Thanks ladies.

Terrible service. Took a tire in to get a new inner tube and tread. Came back to find the staff being unsure of what to do and screaming at the process. Damaged the expensive wheel frame by using a screw driver. Did not tell us the proper price until it was done as we were not apart of the membership.

They didn't pump the tire up. The inner tube is most likely popped and the staff also said this may be the case "knowing their luck". Absolutely abysmal behaviour. Yet. We still got charged for coming back with less than we came in and more damage than wear and tear. Do not go here until staff has shown more passion for their work.

Customer care from the staff especially the Store Manager was outstanding. I cant applaud enough. First class service, definately worth 5 star's
