They were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond throughout the whole planning process and on the day! Live Events made our event!

We held a festival event in Newcastle / Gateshead which involved up to 300 people. A daunting task initially, Jamie guided us through the process of dealing with the council and ensuring we had the correct paperwork in place to have the event signed off.

Jamie then used his experience in the industry to ensure we were prepared for the event, including the supplying off all technical, health and safety and promotion equipment.

Once on the event, Jamie and his team assisted with the coordination of the evening and facilitating everyone's needs. They continually monitored the event from a health and safety point of view but also a customer satisfaction point of view, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

Not only is Jamie great at his job, but he's also a great and helpful guy which made working with him even easier.

I would highly recommend Live Events and look forward to working with them in the future.

What an amazing team we had Live Events for our new workshop open day, the team put on a full light show display along with a stage, microphone and a large display screen, sound music systems, DJ set,we was blown away with what Jamie and his team put together for us at North West Trucks. I needed a PA for an artist who was doing a short set in a record shop as part of a record launch in-store tour. The record shop couldn't recommend anyone, so I randomly used "Add to Event" to source a local company. Live Events contacted me almost immediately. We spoke and I instantly felt comfortable that Jamie and his company would be able to provide me with what I needed. The very reasonable quote came in quickly and from that point, Jamie's communication was first class, always available to me. I wasn't at the event, but Jamie and his team delivered exactly what they said they would and everyone from the artist to the shop were very happy with the service that Live Events supplied. These guys were amazing!
We were stuck with no lights for a function and there was only 2 days to sort out lights.
From start to finish they made booking and collecting super easy. Always available to speak to, took the time to set up and show me how to use the equipment. 100% recommend and I will be a returning customer!

Jamie and his team at Live Events have been such a massive support for our company for the past 5 years. From being the backbone to our festivals and balls to being our spontaneous help when we needed a marquee, firework display or outdoor cinema...sometimes incredibly last minute.
