The quality of structure and detailed drawings made assembly not too difficult.

Conor and his team were extremely flexible and accommodating for delays with planning permission. They are really knowledgeable and gave their ideas on design from their experience and expertise and we are really pleased with the final outcome.

It is with huge regret that I am writing this review. However, I feel the need to write this so others do not potentially make a costly mistake.

I had question marks regarding the design (without front support posts) but was assured that it would be fine. I am pleased that after the porch arrived that I added a supporting wall and posts.

After only 4 months of being in situ I noticed large splits in the oak but was assured that this was to be expected and that it was only an issue if it split all the way through.

After it then split all the way through, I was again assured that it was ok.

I contacted the company to seek a resolution but despite assuring me that they would look in to this as a matter of urgency, they failed to hit their own timeframes.
