The staff today were very friendly and helpful! Took a photo of my 6 month old for her passport photo and got it sent over on email quickly too! Will be coming here again in future!

Dave did a picture on canvas for myself. Very professional, worked extremely hard, communication outstanding, keep me informed throughout the whole process untill I got my final produce, send a picture to make sure I was 100%happy before printing.
Would definitely recommend Dave, and definitely be going back again. Outstanding service, couldn't fault any of the work.

I can't thank Dave and Chris enough for their professional help and particularly for their patience in producing a beautiful coloured canvas, from a much cherished 70-year-old black and white photograph, of myself and my sisters when we were young.

They spent many hours editing and tweaking the background to get every detail right; updating us for approval at every stage.

It was a surprise 80th birthday present for our sister, and she was delighted with it. We gave it to her at her ‘Birthday Bash’ in May and it drew many comments of admiration from her guests.

Took the 3 grandchildren to the shop in Cockhedge today to have their passport photos taken.Dave was very professional and made the boys feel at ease and took their photos quickly and confidentally.Would highly recommend for all your photo needs

I would rate this shop very poorly due to a number of reasons. After being told (by a very moody shop keeper) that my mixed frame roll wouldn’t be a problem to get developed I went back a week later to collect the photos. However, when I went back he didn’t have them to give to me because ’they don’t do that anymore’ – this was the only explanation I got and he gave me half of my money back and my processed film. He was extremely rude and I experienced the worst customer service. He refused to even simply appologise for the inconvenience. Surely he should have known what his business can and can’t provide? This will now take me an extra week to get them printed elsewhere thanks to him. I would recommend going elsewhere to get photos developed, and also to avoid an extremely rude and annoying man.
