Regular person is such a noLovely delivery lady always smiling and so nice to talk to always on the time she says she is delivering when she was off my parcels on Tuesday 8th October was throw. In the backs 2 houses from my house one packet of my nephew's was smashed anyone could have picked them up as well please could you tell person who it was please don't throw them in the back x

horrendous experience
EVRI picked my parcel up from Lymm I paid for next day delivery with insurance.
When the parcel arrived with the customer it was smashed to bits even though it has packed correctly
( 9 layers of bubble wrap , paper packing & 2 cardboard outer boxes.
The worst was yet to come when I tried contacting EVRI you cannot speak with anybody its all AI so you have to try and work with it and hope somebody might call you back.They state a call back within 24 hrs I'm now on day 6 having gone though the process daily " but yes you guessed it no! call or any email.
And to top all of this off I have refunded the client back their money fully 80.00 because that's what professional people do.
Its just completely unexceptional to act in this way ,

Received a text messaged saying your booked shift starting at 6am. Wake up early to arrive on time only to be told when no shift. Absolutely ridiculous. Cost £25 in taxis what a absolute joke of a job

Order from Amazon delivered by this absolute joke of a company. Left in the pouring down rain at the side of the house. Packaging was ruined. Item inside Packaging wet but usable as it was plastic. Avoid this "company" at all costs.

Had a parcel delivered too a locker.said it was delivered then it's not then might be tomorrow 5 days later on the package is going back to supplier try calling texting email no response really hope I don't have any more deliveries off you

Sick of having to deliver to correct addresses as the driver just dumps them anywhere. 10 parcels for different addresses all at one house.Happening every day.

Parcel not delivered.
The same situation as few weeks ago (different parcel, different sender, few weeks ago - parcel sent from Nike) - shop was opened but on the tracking app was information that the shop was closed. Day after there was an update on the tracking app that they have been asked to return back the parcel to sender. I have not asked them to return to sender and sender hasn’t asked either (parcel sent from China). Cannot connect with real person via chat or via phone.
