Shocking service! after braking down on the way to work we managed to crawl our way back up the motorway and stopped off here as it was fairly close to our home. Sebastian at first was very helpful and friendly and plugged our van in to the diagnostics to find the problem. Once he diagnosed the problem he said he could book us in 8 days later. We dropped it back on the day arranged and he said he’d try his best to get it done for us. A call later that afternoon and Sebastian become a very different person, rude, arrogant obnoxious. Told us he hadn’t even looked yet, we then said when do you think it would be possible to pick it up. Not rushing him nor being funny with him as we was just concerned when we was going to receive the van back so we could go back to work. He said “come get it now if you want” after clearly not having done any work on it! To say how impressed we was with first impressions to then him being so rude and unhelpful, we collected the van having had no work done and are back to finding a different local garage to try and get it repaired! Avoid this garage, I’d suggest going elsewhere if you want a good service!

Very friendly and helpful. SBF were able to straighten two of my five rims (purchased from EBAY) before powder coating and fitting new tyres. All done at a competitive rate. Very impressed with the level of service, and that the wheel weights were black to match my rims. Excellent job ?

Urgently needed to get some new tyres on my car, Googled looking for a well known garage brand but noticed this business down the road from me that I didn't even know did tyres. Their website took my car reg and gave me all the tyre options, it was Saturday and it allowed me to book a slot on the Monday afternoon, dropped off at 12pm and was done for 2:30pm. Fast, friendly and efficient service, highly recommend!

This garage is shocking. Slow, over priced and rude. I think the main mechanic suffers from little man syndrome. They will take your car and make more problems than you start with. Can not be trusted. If they tell you it will take two days expect a two week wait. So poor at what they do.

- Great communication from booking
- polite and knowledgeable
- took about 4 hours which is reasonable
- dropped off and picked up from town whilst I waited
- would definitely recommend

SBF mechanics is a 5 star service. A very friendly and reliable approach and on more than one occasion have fitted my car in at short notice. Reasonably priced and a mechanic I can trust. Would highly recommend!
