Date: 05/09/24-Ordering the shed was simple and easy, even got a discount directly from the Keter website. (Manor 5x8)
Shed delivery is by an external company XPO, not reliable, had to keep chasing it up, poor communications between both companies, rebooked twice. Received shed: 01/10/24
It has a lot of parts and a lot of screws, not a two person job. Hole indications on parts missing meant more work. Not a simple DIY job.
Been a hassle from the moment of ordering of shed to putting it up!

1 year ago I bought a Keter Balcony Set. I appreciate time has passed but it has stayed in its box in my garage. Today I opened it and have found there is no back to my second seat, so it is not complete.
I contacted Keter UK and they don’t have a back in stock and won’t reserve one for me without a receipt which after 1 year I don’t have.
So I have now wasted my money.
Check you items as soon as you get them.
I have numerous Keter items in my garden but as a result of this I will never buy Keter again.
I have contacted Tesco and now have an electronic receipt, let’s see what Keter do.
I contacted Keter who said they had started a case and will email me a form so I can get a back for my chair. No form had arrived by the close of play today.

Don’t buy! Faulty item and nearly 6 months later they still have not sent me replacement
parts. £600 down and still no shed. They wouldn’t refund either. Looking at trustpilot they do this to everyone and nearly half their reviews are negative all saying the same thing- zero parts sent out yet magically they are still selling the items in their website. Almost as if they don’t want you to have a complete working item ?

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Brought a storage box 12 months ago and still waiting for a replacement part that was delivered damaged. Emailed customer services only to be told that they don't have the part in stock and there are import delays. 12 months is some delay? So Keter uk, you have not sold a single unit in 12 mon
ths Requested numerous calls and updates but nothing. Very poor and sad that companies like this trade and lie to customers.

ordered a 1200l maxi storage box , direct from keter uk website. opened box to find 2 parts cracked badly , door hinge broken etc so unusable , ..all queries are dealt with online , had an exchange of around 10 emails just to organise a collection before refund, large bulky item to repackage . not happy at all very unhelpful.. easier to buy local b &q . never deal with again

Useless customer service - door broke very quickly and needed replacing under warranty - apparently they don't stock it and we had to go to Argos? Who would then get it from...Keter. Honestly awful!

Missing parts, lack of response and urgency from keter. Been waiting 2 months now.
Also the roof on the storage box pours in water when lifted. Avoid keter products.
