I have been buying ink and cartridges from these guys for many years, and never a slip up.

There are lots of options online for cheap and quick supplies of ink - so what makes this company different?

They have great customer service - always making sure they do everything in their power to make things easy and solve problems. (A big shout out to Lucy recently).

But they also have excellent technical support with advice on how to solve printer issues as well as ensuring you have the right supply for the job. (Many thanks to George who is very helpful).

And their prices & speed of delivery are of course, always excellent and reliable.

It's rare to find a company who can offer great prices, marvellous aftercare and knowledgeable staff,

I've been buying from them for years, and will continue for many more.

When I bought an own brand cartridge for my Brother mono laser printer from Cartridge People they promised a 3 year warranty for any damage that may be caused to my printer by their cartridge. A few months later the cartridge was giving trouble and the printout was getting very faint so I contacted Cartridge People customer services. George asked me to do a few checks and to email the results.
I am happy to say it was a problem with the cartridge and George sent another to me the next day. Well done Cartridge People, you lived up to your promise.

I was pleased a replacement toner cartridge was delivered so promptly. I opened it and thought I had ordered or been sent the wrong one - and I had a deadline for some printing 2 hours away. I phoned and Marianne was so helpful, she took details of make of printer and gave me clear instructions on how to load the cartridge in the drum unit assembly. It took seconds and I am so grateful to Marianne for her patience and sound advice. It's so difficult when printer manufacturers no longer give anything more than a Quck Setup Guide. Thank you Marianne, you saved my sanity!

I recently purchased a replacement toner cartridge which, when I tried to unpack it, fell apart and I was unable to insert it into my printer. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and passed my details onto George who very kindly gave me assistance in getting a free of charge replacement which arrived very speedily. It was a large their own brand Canon 737 toner cartridge. I have never had any problems before with their own brand products and like the fact they are so much cheaper than anywhere else.

Have bought from the Cartridge People for a long time and they've always been really good but they excelled themselves recently. I bought 2 ink cartridges in January. Opened them up in August (sealed since purchase) but after printing a test page it was found they were defective. The speed at which this was resolved was incredible. I got in touch with them on a Wednesday evening. I had reply from Marianne (who is awesome!) before 9am the following day. Two new ink cartridges were dispatched that day for Next Day Delivery and they were received first thing on Friday morning. 48 hours from enquiry to replacement cartridges being delivered! That level of service compelled me to write this review as it couldn't have been resolved quicker or better IMHO. To top it off, they even included some tea by way of an apology. Would not hesitate to recommend the Cartridge People - they are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Marianne!!

This is a great company which we use often. I use their own brand '62XL EXTRA HIGH CAPACITY' cartridges and they last a ridiculously long time - around 12 months for light/medium business use. I would imagine that for personal use they'd last much longer.

They offer free next day shipping and allow you to return the used cartridges to them for free in a pre-paid envelope.

The only reason I have knocked a star off is that the printed colours from their own brand cartridges are simply not as vibrant as genuine HP cartridges. I have printed various documentation off with their own brand and HP cartridges and there is a clear difference in the oranges/golds. This is just being picky though.

In September I purchased a new printer cartridge from Cartridge People which was delivered the following day. I was a surprise that the new cartridge did not have the effect that I expected and was advised that as the printer was not in its first’s flush of youth that I probably required a new drum unit for the printer.

On Monday I ordered a new drum unit from Cartridge People which was received on Tuesday (excellent service) I fitted the new drum unit and again was surprised on installation the printer still gave the message drum soon end.

I telephoned for help and advice and spoke with George explained the problem and straight away he knew the printer manufacture and advised he had knowledge of this but would have to research the files and not for me stay on the telephone he would send the data by email
Which came very shortly after, carried out the instruction pleased to say everything now in working order.

I have always found all staff from Cartridge People very helpful.
