I heard about Palicomp while browsing Reddit for a good company that makes pre-built PCs. Initially, I was going to go with PCSpecialist after watching a video promoting them. However, I came across a testimonial in the comments of a subreddit, where someone praised your services and recommended you to another user. That’s what convinced me to shop with them for my first PC and they did not disappoint came in secure and safe packaging. All I had to do was install the GPU as it was separate to prevent damage and was pretty easy to do as they provided great instructions on how to do it. Would buy again from them.

Had my PC from here about a few weeks now, and I must say it was a seamless experience.

Website was straightforward and easy to use, had good contact regarding delivering etc after ordering despite it being a Sunday.

I've always built my own PC's because it was cheaper, but now it really isn't, and I couldn't be bothered ?
So for the first time ever purchased a pre-built, and no regrets at all. It was well put together and they did a tidy job with the cabling.
Yes the website is a bit dated, but it does the job, and yes they do email offering upgrade offers, but I only had to reply once saying not interested, and got my PC within a week. I would definitely order from them again.

My marvellous 5 year old Palicomp desktop had an issue with its ability to install Windows 11. In just 3 hours Palicomp support replied to my query and all is now resolved. Very grateful thanks to an excellent organisation.

I had an issue with one of the fans starting to fail on my pc which I had purchased back at Easter. I emailed support an explained what was happening and they straight away arranged for a replacement to be sent out and asked if I was okay to fit myself which I am. There was absolutely no hassle getting things sorted. Was extremely impressed at the service I recieved when i ordered the pc they were so helpful and flexible with everything and now with the issue I have received just as good service.

They also advised me on a question I had regarding the RGB lights that had been bugging me from I got the pc and now I know what to do.

Great service from a genuinely great company which is a rarity these days!

Ordered an extremely well priced pre-built PC from these guys. It arrived within 10 days, absolutely perfect condition!

Only slight issue is I was given one stick of 16gb ram instead of 2 sticks of 8gb as stated on the specs, so I don’t have dual channel, but that’s my only complaint and I’m not going to give it a lower rating for that reason 🙂

So I found palicomp on reddit a few months back when I was debating getting a new PC. While their website could do with an aesthetical update it's still very easy to use. I purchased the AMD ALT-F4, which was a special offer at the time of purchase along with some promo deals I added on.

The customer service was brilliant, even after calling them multiple times to check things over, when I wanted to make a couple of changes last minute they were perfectly accommodating and understanding.

When the PC arrives the GPU is not installed, but as it says its for the valid reason of avoiding damage to the motherboard, gpu itself and connectors during transport. The cable management is fantastic and overall I'm completely over the moon with it. Trust me when I say that this is one of the best companies you can go for having dealt with others in the past for my girlfriend.

Burned twice with these guys
Got a refund for deleting bad review
but not even a thank you for going out of my way paying for postage. Treated badly after giving a second chance just wanted more fans in pc as it was literally burning my hand to the touch even said I had family and pets it was a safety issue and all they could say is it worked they didn’t care .
It’s funny last time they changed things I didn’t want r end a graphics card I paid extra for ti a cheaper model .
I try and support smaller businesses but when ya treated ti two weeks waiting for nothing caus their boss told them not to do the thing we arranged for…oh but I did get re offered it at a higher price than what was agreed.
I tried being nice but it wasn’t returned. Only got slightly further from leaving bad review the first time it’s all they respond to
