Wonderful people to deal with. Delivery was really prompt, far quicker than advised. Product is great. Communication brilliant and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We needed to replace rubbish MDF letters on our trailer and they kindly told me the exact font so I could cut a vinyl template to set the letters out. Couldn't be happier

Amazing service! Cut to size for my make up desk fits perfectly. Thought I had a problem I emailed and within 5 minutes of emailing I receive a phone call- there was no problem just me being daft thinking it was the wrong colour/ scratches and no! There is a very well made film protector on top. So just a tip! Peel the corners haha! Thank you again! Would reccomend xx

Unfortunately have to echo some of the negative the comments of a few people here.

Ordered in advance, booked time off, but also anticipated a bit of a delay. Got told via email on the day of delivery that my order would be another week. Replied to make sure the order was delivered on a day I was home and received a response telling me that the delivery would be delayed another week. I replied saying there was no need for this, but no one responded.

I had to follow up via phone after hearing nothing a week later and was told I'd be called back. Never happened. Called the next day after 12pm and was told that my order would be looked into. 3 hours later I called again just to try and find where my order was only to be told it was waiting to be dispatched. Because of these delays I received my order nearly two weeks after the original delivery date and so my project is still ongoing.

The quality of the product is excellent, especially for the price, but I have no idea why customer service is so poor. There was no explanation, no compensation and seemingly a distinct lack of concern. I understand delays and the difficulties business face, but it seems little trouble to me to follow up on orders that customers have paid for and in some cases arranged leave from work to carry out projects.

Unlike others I won't give a single star rating solely based on delivery times & customer service, but it was a poor experience and I hope Plastic People work to improve as their pricing and products are very competitive.

Happy to take your money for goods purchased, but very slow to deliver. They kept missing the promised delivery date and it was only through contacting them that you would get an update and an apology. No problems with the quality, but they have plenty of other competitors that I will be using in the future.

A corner cupboard door mirror cracked in our caravan and we decided a sensible solution was to replace with an acrylic mirror. We weren't disappointed, the mirror arrived very soon after ordering which was very simple to do. The mirror was very well protected and it was exactly to the dimensions we uploaded to The Plastic People. We are very pleased with the look and feel of the new mirror door. The online ordering is so easy and if you have a query the company answer their phones very quickly and are very helpful.

Purchased table top cover . Although there was a slight damage caused by transport the issue was resolved very fast , fantastic communication and really good service . I can not complain I can only recommend . Thank you for good product and great customer care .

Amazing company!! i wanted a Perspex box built, a bespoke piece. I spoke with Christine, who was so helpful, she checked my measurements were correct, explained how to order and gave me a clear breakdown on my order and when to expect it. i even asked if i was to expect it on the estimated delivery day, she then went out of her way to check for me, to which it was then delivered the following day. Incredible service, i am yet to build the box, as its just turned up, but everything looks to as per the measurements and what i asked for. Thank you so , i have never done anything like this before and you have given me the confidence for future orders if needed! so happy and will absolutely be recommended.
