Lovely quality bone china ‘tea for one’ set, ordered for my daughter in law’s birthday. There was a note on the website saying they were on holiday, so the order wouldn’t be processed until back on 8th July - I was amazed to have it arrive on 9th July. It was well packaged (in recyclable packing) & in perfect condition. Delighted with the set & sure my daughter in law will love it too. Thank you Roy Kirkham

Very nice fine china and fantastic customer care & service. We received two RSPB bird design mugs as a gift. Unfortunately they cracked as soon as we received them and were unusable. I contacted Roy Kirkham customer relations directly and they requested the mugs for testing for faults. They refunded postage and sent out two identical replacements. Couldn't be happier; thanks again!
