I recently contacted TMF , to fit a pair of handrails for an elderly friend. They were absolutely brilliant . The handrails were of exceptional quality, the fitters arrived exactly at the time arranged and carried out the work to a really high standard. I would have no hesitation about recommending this company to anyone wishing to purchase any wrought ironwork. First class service and the elderly friend was delighted with the result.

I contacted TMF with regards to a platform needed for the compony I worked for. John Aitchison represented TMF and dealt with all my queries.

I have to say, I was very pleased with the commitment from John to assess our needs. He was very professional and very friendly too. He came into my workplace to establish what we needed, took some measurements and I recieved CAD drawings the day after via email. Very prompt and a reasonable price too.

Unfortunately, the directors of my company didn't decide to approve my request for the platform but I would definitely recommend TMF to anyone.

I recently engaged TMF Ltd to plan, design, make and fit railings and three gates of different sizes to my property.

TMF provided me with an excellent product as well as a first class service from the time I first spoke to Dave who measured up and provided the transparent and clear detailed estimate without any hard sell to the ordering and then finally the installation by all the lads who turned up on time and who were extremely professional.

Thanks for a great product and I would highly recommend TMF Ltd to anyone looking for fabrication services.

Brewery installation
THE worst customer service i will probably experience in my life. We struggled to get hold of them on the phone after receiving our money. The installation was 2 months behind schedule even though we gave them a 50% deposit 4 months ahead of schedule.They then called and demanded the remaining amount of money before installation otherwise they won't come and install the brewery. They clearly built the brewery within a week. The kit arrived 4 days late again from the second promised date in a awful state. We had to repaint the cladding and buff all the steel up again. The "engineer" left tools in Bolton along with missing parts for the brewery and we paid £1000 for installation. He came back a week later and again did not finish the installation properly due to not having parts so we had to finish it ourselves. Extremely poorly designed kit. The main fault was us as we should have investigated the company further so something like this wouldn't happen. The welding is terrible and two welds have broken. We have a 1 year warranty but they refuse to come and fix and replace anything. Rather we pay another company and invoice them. There would be no chance of us receiving that money so we have had to just fix it ourselves. The list is literally endless with how bad everything is with the shoddy company. I have noticed on the website they do not install breweries anymore but none the less DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STRESS!

TMF designed, manufactured and installed a handrail onto a a wheelchair access ramp at my workplace. From placing the initial enquiry to having the area measured and through to installation TMF have been a pleasure to deal with. The finished product looks great and suits our needs perfectly. Will be using TMF again for any future requirements.
