Prices are always good and store always has excellent deals. BUT... how about hiring employees that have some sort of customer service skills. Your cashier Gabby and "receipt police man" at the exit Johnny need a class in people skills. When we are exiting, we purposely avoid Johnny because his attitude is terrible.

Wanted to apply for a part time job.
As a manager of a medical supply company for over 12 years I expected to see some better options than to be directed to an external website that Costco does not claim any liability for.
Not a good look for you guys.
You need to do better if you want better employees.

Spend way too much when I go to costco but love what they have. Husband especially likes the Kirkland jeans. Don't always find what you need as some stuff is sort of temporary (looking at you freeze dried beef dog treats), but for the essentials, it is great.

I've been a loyal customer here for a few years now. Ive spent $10k + at this location. Every employee is very nice except for Jonny at the receipt check (bald guy). He's always surly and never makes me feel welcome. Today, I missed a cheap item in the cart and he made me feel like a criminal. It's easy to put in a little effort to show a modicum of politeness to make someone's day brighter.

Costco has gone from bad to worse. It’s Costco not the tsa. Why do I need to show my card 100 times. If I’m on a time crunch i do not need to be held at the door to scan my card. Check it before I pay. It’s a $60 membership and they act like they are elite. Come on now. Let me buy my things in peace.

The overall quality of the employees at this store have been steadily declining over the past year or so. I believe it is probably due to poor management or lax hiring practices. There's many rude employees including the customer service people who make you feel like a criminal when trying to return things (yes, even with receipts), several of the checkout lane people and one of guys that checks your stuff on the way out is an absolute nightmare. He actually admonished me for using the self checkout line with 23 items, despite the fact that I was on a regular one first, and a manager directed me to the self checkout. One of the cashiers had a meltdown a few weeks ago because I did not want an upgraded membership despite her aggressively asking me several times and questioning why I would ever turn the offer down. She became so angry and threw the checkout gun down so hard on the belt that it bounced up and fell on the floor after slamming my items down on the belt. After one final visit this week and getting the same generally poor treatment, I decided to leave and go down the road to BJ's where I was treated like a human being. Its a shame, because I really like the products. I'll try another location for them. Really, it's a shame but I am sure other people are noticing this behavior too. People are stressed out enough as it is. We don't need this place to make it worse by treating us in such a disrespectful manner.

apparently you can't use the food court without a membership anymore. I have a membership but it was nice to skip the in line and walk all the way around and just go straight to the food court.
