Terrible service with this company I sent my iPhone off for them to buy it took them 11 days once receiving it to pay me when it was meant to be next day. I kept phoning them most days they kept saying they got it and they message the buy back team and get back to me but they never did and I had to keep phoning them! I also sent them emails with no reply! I have used many online companies in the past to sell my phone it’s never taken this long before. I never use them again. Honestly didn’t think I get the payment when they finally did 11 days after receiving it.

We purchased an iPhone 11 pro Max display (Ceva premium variant) from these guys and the display failed. This is the second display and as you can see, it's failed again. This time the back light has failed.

Two displays in a row both for the same customer have failed within 4 months. Around 2 months per display.

When we called to ask about this and question the quality control, they were very rude, shouting and stating how it's normal to expect these failure rates. Normal, twice in a row? Really She hung up the phone on us after this communication with no resolve and no refund for the defective part.

0 accountability, poor customer service and no refund granted. Absolutely shocking. These guys need reported to Trading Standards.

The parts are poor quality and customer service is equally as poor , stay away from this supplier if you want your device to work. I had a working phone with cracked front and rear screen so ordered new parts and the back just cracked for no reason, the finger print scanner dosent work so I cannot open anything and the battery is so hot I cannot handle the phone. All customer service say is return the parts which will be damaged after dismantle so they will not refund and I'm left with no working device . ONCE AGAIN, IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORKING PARTS STAY WELL CLEAR

AVOID this company! I sent my phone off to them, Royal Mail said it had been delivered but Repair Outlet said it wasn't with them, had to phone Royal Mail myself to see where it's gone as I wasn't getting anywhere with Repair Outlet, turns out it's been delivered to a different address this was a week ago, this was a £500 phone just gone missing and I've not heard anything back from Repair Outlet I've called several times and I think they've blocked my number as I get no answer where as before I got through straight away, very strange, please avoid I'd give no stars if it would let me!

Ordered parts for collection, ready within hours. Was quoted 45£ for A70 charge port replacement (not here, another place), purchased part for less than 8£, a new ear piece 1£.49 and fitted using a YouTube guide. Absolute bargain price. Will use again in the future. Parts are OEM too!

They just steal from you by not returning to you what you sent them

Sent an iPhone pro complete with its box, unused charger and charger cable, all the leaflets etc to this company. Upon receipt they claimed the few scratches in glass were so deep only half the amount originally quoted would be paid to me. I therefore asked for it all to be returned so I can sell it elsewhere. All I was sent back was the phone on its own. No charger, no cable, no leaflets, and no box. Surely that counts as theft.....

I wish I'd read the reviews before sending my phone to these complete thieves. I've sent them my phone in completely immaculate condition, never been without a screen protector and always had a case on! I checked the phone rigorously before sending it, and my initial £320 valuation has been reduced to £170 because of "deep scratches". They sent me photos of some scratches around the screen that they had put there themselves! Can't believe these idiots have damaged my phone themselves and now offered me jack s*** for it! Will be taking this further.
