Don't pay before the work that the scammer! He said he would be ready on Monday I came on Saturday there is no control or money, the scammer has no idea what he is doing! I gave him two controllers and neither one was done and he doesn't want to give me my money back be careful with him, I really don't recommend it!!!

It's been a horror of an experience for me. Gave this business a Sony camera and two canon lenses worth well over £1000 for servicing after they claimed it could be done in two weeks. It's almost two months now and they now don't even reply to messages or calls. I'll proceed to report the business shortly and make sure I obtain my gear at all cost. Dishonesty, lackluster attitude and total disrespect of client has been the order of the day.

I ordered headphones from their website and they sent me the wrong pair. I emailed them about this ages ago and have still not received any help from them to give me a refund or at least send me the right pair. Would not order from them again unfortunately, I try not to give poor reviews but this is not right.

I brought the 2 car amplifiers on June 18 and they still haven't repaired them even today, September 27... I had really forgotten about them but they didn't even call me... they are not serious

i dont understand why people are complaining dont buy tech products if you dont know about tech and expect them to be amazing and he gives a exchange in 14 days its an amazing shop for people like me as i cant find manga videogames and other geek things in luton it also feels good to support local buisnesses even if that means paying 10 pounds more instead of going to a greedy company and im writing this as a 13 yr old but it feels like the things im saying is common sense

My personal experience using this company has shown me the best customer service from any business I have ever used ! When purchased a certain item got contacted straight away to confirm I was aware of a slight issue , which I was , then offered something different that suited better and for same money , I felt listened to for them to pick up something else may be better for me . Then I got in contact at a very late time questioning the tracking number I'd been given , not expecting a reply until the following morning at least but got one straight away with my query cleared up in seconds ! Very nice company to deal with !
After sitting and reading through previous reviews about this company I still stand by my good rating it would appear more than one bad review given has been clear that expectations are too high from certain customers, I am a customer buying from them just the same but I'm fully aware I have purchased second hand used good , I was contacted straight away to be made aware one item wasn't in fully working order that I had already seen in the sales description, people have given bad reviews from not receiving as good as new items after buying from a used goods store , if you expect perfect condition pay the extra price and buy brand new and maybe read the sales description properly so you understand what your buying, the one about a laptop stating it was advertised as fully working but when received rubbish battery and over heating , that is a comman fault with many older laptops but kept plugged in and well vented during use does not affect the working condition so understand what your buying , as it still worked like stated no lies told .
