Unbelievably bad customer service and finished products:
I was promised delivery of our items 4 times over 3 weeks by Ashley Marshall, and it never materialised. This lead to having to refund and lose our customers.
It was excuse after excuse, twice "our driver couldn't find your address" or "sorry we were too busy yesterday" or my favourite "I was supposed to deliver the plates on my way home but wasn't able to" and it was left at that with no real explanation.
My college eventually had to go and collect the item wasting 2 hours out of his workday.
The work itself looked great on one of the stainless steel plates they showed us, and the rest hadn't even been finished, no countersinks on any holes, and it looked like they tried to polish it with 40grit sandpaper.
Red Box Engineering is a joke, and I suggest you look anywhere else to get your work done until they get their work ethic together.

Red box did some custom made CNC parts in birch ply for me, they delivered it 1 week quicker than originally quoted, the first part they made had some tearout so they made a second one for me, without me having to ask and let me keep both.
