26/08/2024. Absolutely brilliant at every stage. Quoted 8 weeks delivery and it was delivered bang on that. Sales team not too pushy giving just enough advice. Not cheapest but the quality is way above most of the furniture we have previously seen. I think it's the buy cheap and buy twice addage that applies here. Delivery lads were courteous and considerate fully assembled and demonstrated before they left. All in all the perfect experience.

Brilliant customer service at every stage. Had the most welcoming experience in store, given information and knowledge about the products without it being over bearing or pushy. Ordering was quick and easy and although I was given a 7-10 day delivery timescale it was ready within 5 days. Arranging delivery was again a painless process and they gave me as good an idea as possible about delivery time as I was struggling to be available for the whole time slot. The two lads who came to deliver were polite and efficient, even chatting to my children who were generally being inquisitive kids. Cannot fault the service, product or pricing.

Visited the showroom to try new mattresses recently, the team there were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the products and allowed us to browse and try at our leisure. They had a vast selection of furniture to chose from to suit all budgets.
Ended up buying a Harrison Spinks mattress which was made to order and delivered a few weeks later. The ordering, communication and delivery were all spot on and arrived within the estimated time frame.

Spent fair amount of money in this store. The loubge corner unit great. The bed not unwrapped by delivery staff as carpet was not fitted. Husband signed papers. We unwrapped two days later, photos show being unwrapped to fine a fault. Spoke to Phil today to be told as we signed papers to say received and in good order they are not responsible. He went onto say we did the damage to which i laughed. They are not prepared to do anything as its our fault. We went to an independent company for better customer service but they are just like everyone else take your money and not interested. Disappointed to say the least. Moral of the story don't sign anything until everything's been checked and double checked.

We were recommended here by a mum from my sons school! So we called in to visit the showroom. Greeted by a very friendly sales man who quickly got to grips with what we needed. The selection of beds is second to none. All of a superior quality, very modern and lots of choice of colours. Delivered by friendly staff and assembled in no time, no problems whatsoever. Bed and mattress is fantastic - we bought it as a package and worked out very competitive on price with no compromise on quality. We preferred the saso showroom experience to some of big chain retailers. More personal. Local and yes lots of praise for the quality and service . Thank you. We will be back next time we need another bed or sofa!
