Great experience buying a car at Trust Ford Castleford. I went there because its not the first time I have bought from them and and remembered what a great experience I had several years ago. Paul Marsh was lovely to deal with and very friendly. I told him what I wanted to part ex my car and buy a nearly new one. I never felt like I was being pressured into purchasing, Would 100% recommend.

TrustFord Castleford A1 class to deal with. Daniel my salesman and all his associates are honest individuals giving each one a reputation worthy of five ? ? ? ? ?. My reasoning is simple. Honest, non pushy, keep you updated, answer questions quickly as nothing to hide. I bought my car unseen out with videos and pictures and had shipped to Scotland due to the relationship built through the above mentioned. JW

Several years ago I purchased a Ford Focus from TrustFord in Castleford and due to the service I received on that occasion, when the time came to change my car, I had no hesitation in returning. Once again the customer service I received was excellent and Martin the salesman, (who I dealt with previously) made the whole process very easy and straightforward. Great experience buying a new car at Trust Ford Castleford. The team were super friendly and Kerry was lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and my questions were always answered. I never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing, they give you room to breathe which is great. Would 100% recommend.

Hi I visited Trust ford looking to buy my first replacement car in 10 years.
I was met by Mr. Paul Murphy in there sales department.
He was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for within the budget I had.
Without doubt he searched his whole car availability.
Not only did he find me the right car at a great price he backed the sale up Knoledge of the vehicle and it's after sales support.

I Bought a car with 25 k mileage almost 14 k car on Trustford, and after 2 months I had a issues with motor start engine .more than 18 months and loads videos they don't replace parts, and they just wait for your warranty protection expire . several times on service, and they said not to find any issue. Just care to sell us pads and Brakes disc's

The service from start to finish was unbelievable no haggling, no pressure and a joy to do a deal. The use car cabin staff is brilliant. I struggled to get there to pick my car up so the sale rep picked me up which I thought was great.

Very pleased with the purchase of my vehicle. Andy Mallinson was very informative,helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle.
One thing I would like to say is that I was disappointed not to receive a document holder. I have always with all my previous car purchases received one..They are still available to buy online, so it's not that they are not manufactured. Is there a book which I should have received as there are many features that are not explained in the small
booklet I was given.
