We replaced all of our sash windows with Steve and his team recently and the team is very professional and helpful. We are so pleased with the outcome. Our house is located in a conservation area in Canterbury, it wasn't an easy task to get the planning permission for us to replace all our old windows and doors with new materials, but Steve and his team still managed to do that for us. Definitely recommend Allington Home Improvements!

We recently had our back door replaced by Allington Home Improvements. It had unusual dimensions making it difficult for us to find an installer but we received excellent service from Steve and his team and we are very pleased with the result.There was a minor problem with the locking mechanism which was rectified promptly. Excellent service throughout! Before the work Steve came over to discuss our options, thoroughly explaining the possibilities available to us. After accepting his no-pressure quote, the work was completed in the time completed, giving us a lovely refreshed porch. A minor issue came up about a week after the work, but a message to Steve and he quickly arranged a time to assess, and sort it out for us. Would highly recommend, with good value combined with great customer service, even after the work has finished.
