I am absolutely delighted with the bear I have been sent this morning - even more beautiful in real life! The wrapping was also lovely and the hand written message inside I'd requested just a really beautiful touch. Thank you ever so much - this brought a tear to my eye and there are not many deliveries that do that! Keep doing what you're doing - you're amazing!
