Amazing experience and brilliant service. I ordered a product online for delivery, realised I ordered the wrong item. Within 15 minutes of contacting Dartmoor Photography I was able to switch product, pay the difference and it was then out for delivery.

Ordered online and was worried about delivery time due to it being a present, I emailed a follow up and Keith replied very quickly with info on the lead time, and said orders would go out straight away. Now have the camera and a week to go before the birthday! Would definitely use dartmoor photographic again 🙂

Update : So I needed some photos of my football team to celebrate the end of the season. Unfortunately it was during the Pandemic. I ordered the prints on the website and phoned them a couple of times to clarify the order. They sorted everything out and the doorbell rang about 2 hours later with the order. Fantastic customer service! Had I ordered online it would have been 2 weeks at least and probably incorrect. Keith was excellent. Thank you.
Always excellent service. Plenty of self printing booths. Reasonably priced and local. What's not to like?
