Absolutely fantastic customer service. I received the wrong order, after I emailed I got a response back in 12 hours. My correct order was shipped to me within 2 working days. An absolutely amazing company to deal with. So personal, friendly, informative selling the highest quality products.
What started off with an intrigue about tallow products soon became a fascination about their other products.
We ordered tallow at short notice as a gift, the personal service we received and the quality of our items was of the highest order.
So far we have just experienced tallow products and beef burgers, the burgers are like steaks themselves.
There is everything to like about Hayes Meadow Organic, we can't recommend it enough ?

Item arrived in good time but no customer service from any enquiries about other products. beef tendons are full of collegan for joint and skin health and beef glands are very good for thyroid health.
