I had a metal fire escape which was rusted shut, with the hinges welded on in such a way that they couldn't be removed. Everton and his mates came out quickly and did a good job. There had to be a correction but this was done quickly and in good spirit. I'm very happy with the results - I didn't realise it would all be so easy.
