The product we ordered was correct and no issues on this side. However I paid for next day delivery at an extra charge but it took 5 days to arrive. I contacted customer support and they said they would look in to this and respond within 2 days. 14 days later and we have had no replies within the service delivery outcome.

The video guidance these guys provide is an excellent resource that I used.
Ordered my part with ease, turned up two days later. Fitted perfectly and works perfectly following a little adjustment as would be expected.
So a totally positive experience.

The only reason for a 4 not 5 star rating was due following purchase, I found the exact part £40 cheaper elsewhere.
Yes I could of returned this one and got a full refund no doubt, but as I had used their video resource, I considered this to be not in good faith and these guys had provided their service and resources in such good faith.
So kept part and fitted as stated.

Awful. First time using and last. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Three days later they then email to say the part isn't in stock and they're waiting on a delivery which will be 4-5 days. That comes and goes and I then have to chase to find out what's happening to just be given vague airy fairy timeliness of when it might arrive. This part is still showing as available in stock on their website. Now I'm chasing for a refund. Terrible service.

Ordered 1st November for items showing in stock. Received updates to say they needed to be ordered in. No problem.

No response by 24th November, chased it. Didn't have the courtesy of a reply. Chased again on the 27th to be told by a Montell Smith it would be followed up. 2 weeks later and nothing.

Happy to take money for items but not deliver them.

Advertises items not in stock for 2 day delivery. When advised item would be delivered 7-10 days, after 2weeks was told ‘We’ll look into it’.
Didn’t deliver item just issued refund.
Very poor service, use one of their many competitors. I did and got the item straight away.

They claim to have great customer service on their website. But couldn’t offer any advice on a replacement part, was very blunt with response and frankly just didn’t seem to care.

Have a previously installed Mira Realm shower that had been dripping since moving in and got unbearably worse. Found this website and found a selection of parts. Website was very helpful in identifying the exact shower model as there are a few different types of each with little changes. Order arrived and the parts came with full instructions and tools to complete the job i.e changing the thermostatic cartridge which I had never done before. Job was completed and the shower is like new again. Can't fault these guys and would definitely use again for any shower spares.

Waiting nearly a month for some shower valves, keep being told different stories and false promises of when they are going to arrive, they have already taken payment. Customer service is non existent and few times they just hang up whilst keeping you on hold for as long as possible. I would not recommend this company.
