Collected baby back ribs for an impromptu barbecue and found the staff very helpful and interested. Good range of meat and sauces, pickles etc… would strongly recommend for any keen outdoor cook fans

I’ve driven passed Picketts for months and finally succumbed to the signage promoting their salt beef and made my first purchase today.
It’s wonderful!
Also bought one of their huge free range scotch eggs for my girlfriend as a surprise for later - I know, we don’t get out much 🙂

Trying my best these days to support more local business, only lived in the area for three years and started using picketts over the last few months every now and then as a treat. So far everything I’ve had from them has be absolutely superb! Quite possibly the nicest sausages I’ve ever had. Looking forward to the 500g fillet I’m using for a Wellington on Mother’s Day at the weekend. All the staff are always helpful and they are reasonably priced too.

Great Butchers! Get all our sausages here (much better than supermarket ones and don't shrink when cooked). Good for burgers and other BBQ meats. Often grab a sausage roll or scotch egg for lunch. Always get our Turkey here for Christmas. Staff helpful and friendly.
