I recently had my house completely renovated and was so lucky to find Luke @Travis Perkins Clacton. He was absolutely amazing, talking me through my best options, even bringing samples so I could decide what was best. His advice was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble (even my asking him hundreds of questions!). Everytime I got in touch he was polite and really responsive which made the whole process so much easier. I honestly believe I would have wasted money on the wrong things if I hadn’t had Luke to help me, he was amazing and so kind ? I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!

The team at Travis are always super helpful and friendly! A great Service with competitive prices most the time! Especially when offers are on. I have brought everything for our house renovation from here. Everything delivered has been to a high standard. I had a few sheets of plastered that where badly damaged. Went into to the branch and got a refund! Sorted. Thank you to the team at Travis.

Stopped in looking for wall coping, was served by female who it appeared was reluctant to stop her conversation with colleagues to attend to us (the only people in the shop ) when I asked if they did wall coping " not really" was the answer I got as I was about to say thank you and leave she did enquire as to what type and any particular colour my reply was oh ! are you able to order and the same reply was " not really" we then both walked away puzzled !!! WHY ASK THAT QUESTION THEN ? ended up spending just over £1700 elsewhere not a big sale but not to be sniffed at when you're in business ? . I suppose it's luck of the draw who you get served by as I've been here before with no issues .Silvertown's are better but limited choice, huws gray are also ok both within minutes

Waited a week for a delivery that didn't turn up on the day arranged 27/4/22 lost a days pay, on phoning a receptionist they said will be delivered on 28/4/22am still waiting another day lost I feel that common curtsey and good business plus customer care should have phoned me to let me know delayed delivery P.Roles how would you like 2 days wages taken out of your wage packet

I was served by Tom the branch manager. He could not have been more helpful.

I needed some wood cut to size, to help my mum replace some broken flooring.

He displayed the highest level of customer service I have experienced in a number of years.

Him and his team went over and beyond to assist me with my requirements.

I can not recommend Travis Perkins Clacton highly enough.
