I was a little nervous having my first ever treatment, Lauren made me feel so at ease and comfortable explaining in detail everything before it happened and what to expect.

Lauren asked what I was expecting from my Botox and the look I wanted and I couldn’t be happier she listened to everything I had said.

I would highly recommend the face theory Lauren is very professional and such a lovely lady and I look forward to booking in more treatments with her.

After having a thorough consultation for lip filler I felt at ease after seeing Lauren.

On the day of my appointment I was so nervous about the pain and the after look but I left feeling so happy with my new, natural but fuller lips.
Lauren listened to exactly what I wanted as my end result and I felt like I was in good professional hands the whole time.

Couldn’t recommend Lauren anymore, she’s really lovely and really goes through everything with you so you feel at ease. I’ve had 2 sessions and 2 check ups with her for teeth grinding, the Botox has made such a difference and relieved me from a lot of TMJ pain.
