Thank you for the great customer service from the Delivery team my Husband Martin and I were so impressed a great find we would not go anywhere else now if we need fencing or timber etc.The guys were so helpful bringing things through to the garden as my husband has health issues and cannot lift etc.Keith on the delivery team could not do enough to help us he is a credit to the company they all are.
The lovely lady in the store itself so helpful as well.Recommend this company .

I am very pleased with my shed, it is quality and well worth the wait. Rob and Jarek very pleasant and helpful, fixing the bowed fence before putting shed up, Rob even put my stuff in the shed for me. The receptionist is a lovely lady too. I would recommend Pat'erns Network.

Patterns made us 10 bespoke oak spindles.The service was excellent and they were ready for us to collect three days after ordering, the oak looks great and to top all that the price was more than fair. Thank you to all at Patterns.

Great timber yard, stocking many types and sizes of wood to meet every need. Also holds a wide range of fixings, tools etc. Very friendly and helpful people. Will happily arrange delivery too!! Great service all around

Parking can be difficult during busy periods as well as long waits to be served because of covid restrictions. Not much fun waiting in the yard in the hot sun especially if you are a senior. I've found some staff like to tell you that you need to come back the next day for your order, not sure why as I only wanted a couple of lengths of timber with no cutting. Having said all that they seem to have a good level of stock and most of the staff are helpful and friendly.

Gem of a builders merchant, found by doing Internet search as B&Q had run out of OSB. Would now definitely use again as nearer and cheaper, very friendly staff.

Just ordered and had my fence delivered.. The delivery guys were fantastic, helped me to get all the materials to the back garden... Great price as well. Can't recommend enough... 5 star!!
