I visited Hughes over the weekend for a new toaster and kettle and was served by a lovely young lady Polly, she was super attentive, helpful, friendly and hilarious! She was willing to help me with everything I needed and made the whole experience wonderful. She is an absolute credit to the company and I can’t wait to see her again in a few weeks when I get my new TV!

My 92 year old housebound mother couldn't access her favourite channel and Martin from Hughes in Clacton on Sea cycled round to her immediately to sort it out. The service department were not going to come out for another two days. This was the best service we have ever had from them.
