We had a new bathroom fitted by Clacton Bathroom Centre on 1st July this year. We are extremely impressed with every aspect of the work, staff and quality of products supplied. The team are amazing and give a 5 star service at all times. Nothing is too much trouble and we are so pleased that we are now having a new cloakroom and kitchen fitted by them. We would highly recommend this company, as they consistently provide a level of service that is sadly lacking in many of the larger chains these days.

I would not recommend this company. Ordered a bath which unfortunately was not the right size . Because we took the packaging off they wanted to charge us £95 to repack. This apparently came from the manufacturer . What a joke . !! I contacted the company where the bath came from and this was the first they had heard about the return . So this was Clacton bathrooms decision not the manufacturer!!!

We asked Clacton Bathroom centre to quote us for a kitchen. The kitchen consisting of: three 600 housing units (for appliances) and three other housing units (basic units for sink etc.) As you can see it's not very many base units we are asking for. For emphasis, B&Q price a 600mm oven housing unit at £26. We said to the man Aaron that we would like to have a space saving cupboard for the corner (as it's quite pernickety).

We were quoted £4413 for these cupboards and the doors. This did not include appliances or worktops. Just units (and a cornice/pelmet and 2 side panels.) Would have been more than willing to consider this price if I had an idea of what they were actually selling us/ quoting us for. It would have been useful (for example) to know how much they were selling the doors for. We would have also liked to know if the space saving cupboard (for example) was included. I think this was a more than reasonable request. However, Aaron refused to provide us with a break down of the costing of the cupboards and units stating that they "would require a deposit." They also stated that "adjustments could be made..." I responded that I wasn't able to make any adjustments because I didn't know what I was buying in the first place! My concern is that Clacton is an area with mainly elderly and thus vulnerable people who are more susceptible to being ripped off. I think that Clacton bathroom centre just made up a figure in their head (which of course goes against all consumer acts!) Basics of selling: Let the person know what they are buying. Unethical and dodgy! Avoid!

5 Stars is not enough Great to do business with. Friendly and professional from start to finish .Our kitchen fitter was excellent and attention to detail was exceptional.
