I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this furniture shop. Despite returning furniture due to substandard workmanship, I have not yet received a refund, despite a county court judgment in my favour. This issue has been unresolved for over six months. Numerous attempts to communicate with the owner have been fruitless, leaving me without any response or reimbursement. As it stands, I am out over £600 with little recourse. It's regrettable that I must caution potential customers about this level of service. I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.
