My flat roof failed in a recent period of very heavy rainfall. The water was flooding into my hallway. I rang Willie in the morning and he came round to my house with his team a few hours later.
The next day they supplied and fitted a replacement fibre glass roof together with new wood panels. They made an excellent job and when I returned from work that day I couldn't tell they had been there, all the rubbish was removed from the property.

I would highly recommend W Hartley Ltd to anyone in search of a reliable and professional roofing company in the Newark and surrounding areas.

Excellent service was a bit weary when he called on a Friday within 2hours of advertised for gutter replacement but give good price did job on the Sunday staff worked very hard and very polite would highly recommend

We had a roof leak that only happened in severe weather/storms. William said what the problem was, quoted and said that all their work is guaranteed, and if there are any problems, they'll sort it. I paid for the work and then for the room to be redecorated. Another storm came, and the same leak was still there. I was annoyed as I had paid for the repair and for it to be painted, but they said they'd be over to look. However, instead of just putting it right, they tried to charge me more money for the same repair! So much for guaranteeing their work. He even tried to make out that it was a new problem in the exact same spot. Needless to say, we declined and will try to get someone with more integrity. Their “guarantee” means absolutely nothing.
