I was on holiday in area went to Bonnet's for a gas bottle exchange, the owner and female staff member were so helpful, and honest. Told me my gas bottle was about half full, advised to use it, and should I run out then please come back. Such kind folks, wished I lived nearer would love a shop with wonderful staff like this.

Totally great place for all your hardware and building needs. Staff deserve more than 5 stars! Nothing is ever any trouble, and if they haven't got it they'll immeadiatly order it. A local, Norfolk Family Business...long may it remain so.

Absolutely fantastic shop, it is a proper hardware shop.
Prices around the same as bigger outlets.
But the service was out standing.
Polite and could not do enough to help.
I will always go their for any of my hardware, plumbing, baiting or tool requirements when I'm in the area.

Bonnetts is a local oasis of products from replacement of the lost sink plug to heavy bolts and chains they really do stock most things if they don't they will do there utmost to find it for you the staff are always helpful and pleasant, a real local business that has existed for many years and I hope will do for many more to come

All the hardware you want. If they don't have it in stock then they will order. Very friendly staff and bespoke ironmongery made to order. I've used Bonnets for nearly 20 years and I'm always happy with the service, prices and stock of goods

This is the proverbial Tardis of the Ironmongary, tools and DIY suppliers. A gem of a shop hosting a disparate rang of products rarely found off the shelves these days. Combined with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, always willing to go the extra mile makes this, more often than not, a 'go to' place.
