Excellent service from start to finish , iv been an Audi driver for many year and after meeting and see the reviews on the i4 as I was looking to go electric so I thought I’d visit BMW King’s Lynn, Jack contacted me and I arranged to pop in to have a look at a lovely blue ex demo i4 they had. My BMW had a recall, smooth process to book in. Very friendly staff, Kieran was my contact who offered a free wash and valet for the car. When collecting, I received a health check and a very nice goody bag including BMW Lego Speed Champions set which my boys love! Great service, thank you.

Fantastic experience buying our new approved used X3 from Listers in King’s Lynn. From the get go, Jack was really easy to speak to and differently to other BMW dealers, he wanted to talk to us about cars and show us the cars they’ve got, whereas other dealers so often want to get all your details down upfront for marketing purposes and just talk finance.

Jack made it so easy to arrange a day and time to come in and see the car we were interested in, he really let the car do all the work - which is the way it should be. The cars they have available at King’s Lynn really don’t need a hard sales pitch, they are great examples of the best used approved BMWs on the market.

My TL;DR is: Jack didn’t sell us a car, he helped us buy a car. And the cars available are the best ones you’ll find available.

Lister’s had my 2013 X3 in for a recall fix on 23/09/24. The whole process was extremely professional; Tom who looked after me was a top guy and a credit to the company. I requested a loan car, expecting a small low-end 1’ner but what I was given for 2 days way exceeded my expectations. Listers Kings Lynn is a quality car dealership/workshop that I recommend. I recently purchased a used car through Listers in Kings Lynn.
I found the perfect spec F40 M135I in their used approved inventory, and from first contact to post sale they have been fantastic.
I dealt with Grace who really took care of me with both pre / post sale support, being quick to respond to emails and really going the extra mile.
Buying the car sight unseen was a bit nerve wracking as I have never done that before, but it needn’t of been as all was exactly as described & has far surpassed my expectations! Would recommend them to anyone!

Popped in with a tyre issue and they sorted it out in the spot, free of charge! The are even coming to pick the car up to take it in for it's service, so we won't have to hang around at the Hardwick for hours! Great service from great staff! And they serve a truly excellent coffee too!
