We had a great experience when choosing a couple of beds from Dreams. We were looked after by a lovely young lady called Kacey who provided us with all the information we needed for choosing the beds and the correct mattress that we needed. She was professional friendly and patient and with her good knowledge of product made it easy for us to choose the right beds and mattress for ourselves. It was a pleasure to be served by her.

I had a great experience purchasing my new ottoman bed and mattress. I was offered to try multiple mattresses and shown how the bed lifts up. I was helped by the new guy, Louis and a lady who was helping him through it. Both were very professional and very pleasant and helpful, I was offered a drink and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Would definitely recommend shopping for beds/mattresses here! 10/10
