If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was quoted by three companies for rebar, the first two companies quoted me around £2.5-£3k, I went with Heaton Manufacturing LTD because they also offered a pre-fabrication service at £6.3k.

I supplied engineer issued drawings of what was required, they welded one cage and the rest were half welded if that, leaving the ground workers to do what I had paid Heaton Manufacturing LTD to do.

I spoke directly to the director of the company who was rude, condescending and patronising, reluctant to discuss any form of resolution and maintained a ‘I know best’ attitude, asking me if the ground workers (who have been in business for over three decades) ‘knew that they were doing’.

It is very clear to me that with a short time frame from when I placed the order to when it was received that this was rushed and sent out un-finished.

I will update this review with images of what I received, and images of the items after they have actually been pre-fabricated in preparation for installation by the ground workers on site, so that you can see the difference.

I strongly advise anyone reading this to use another company, this company are perfectly pleasant until you have an issue, it is at that stage that you will see their true colours.

Great customer service and competitive prices. Dealt with Jenna for the most part who was fantastic but worked with numerous members of the team during our fairly large project and the service was great throughout. The odd minor issue which is to be expected with larger projects but the team dealt with it swiftly and meant we were able to deliver the project to our client under budget and 2 weeks before programmed!
