Nice product but useless delivery and customer service! Parts sent out late and with many parts missing and some damaged. Missing parts were finally sent almost 2 weeks later. Lots of time wasted on site waiting for parts they the said they had sent and didnt turn up. Would not use this company again.

Only dealt with this company for cast iron gutting:
1st order,fine but no VAT receipt
2nd order, was utterly chaotic, appalling customer service. No VAT receipt despite numerous requests.
3rd order, gave up in the end! Refuse to answer the phone, or on my last call they picked up the reciever and left it on the desk!!!

Will never use again, or ever recommend!!

Mostly happy with the orders. Not happy that it was just left outside the house on a dark lane with not many houses about. Also, not ideal having the tape directly on the down pipes as leaves a sticky residue that's hard to get off.

Shocking customer service, can never get an answer when you call them, you leave a message and no one calls back. I have been trying to get hold of them because some items where not delivered.
The only good review they have is from there own director.
I WOULDN'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
