This company is an absolute joke. Their systems are beyond belief. I booked a meeting at this centre for a Saturday through their online system and received an email with instructions on how to access the building. Then, the day before the meeting, I received another email at 00:01 stating that I had cancelled the meeting—which I hadn’t. Clearly, it was a system-generated error.

I called them in the morning to figure out what happened, and they told me that since the meeting was on a weekend, they couldn’t accommodate it. When I asked why I was allowed to make the booking in the first place, they said, "It’s not us, it’s the system." On top of that, their customer service is outsourced abroad, and the representatives were incredibly rude.

I had to make multiple arrangements for this meeting, including paid childcare, which I couldn’t cancel. When I explained this, the person on the phone said, "I get your point, we’ll keep it in mind for the future."

What a joke! Considering how expensive this service is, you'd expect at least some integrity and ethical behaviour.

I had problems accessing my meeting room because I booked it for a 1hr slot, but then called the customer service to start the meeting 30minutes earlier. The IT system would not update and I missed half my meeting.

The centre is conveniently located, seconds off M25, with access from both directions. Facilities are good, and the centre is open both early and late (7:30am-6:00pm) so convenient for both ends of the day. The team are outstanding, and can't do enough to make us welcome and to help. I use this centre for both the business lounge and for room bookings, and both are dealt with smoothly, efficiently and with the utmost firendliness. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

I am a regular user of the Regus Express in Cobham . It is a good place to work for a short period of time or for the full day. Lots of parking, lots of working space and there are comfortable meeting rooms that can be booked. Lesley and her team are a great support during your stay there

The Regus hot desking office option is a very cost effective way of creating a mobile office for yourself. The one I use, at Cobham Services, is very well appointed with great views over the food court! The team here are always friendly and only too ready to help whatever your problem. I would definitely recommend it to anyone living or passing nearby.

Disgusting dirty showers and toilet area . Staff uninterested and would not clean only to be told that night staff would clean . After drivibg a lorry all day. I cant even have a shower and wash before settling down for the night . £30 charge to use the facilities . I should have booked a travelodge at least that would have clean bed,TV accessible toilet and shower . 1 star is to many I would not rate it at all .

I am very pleased with the service and staff at Cobham. Very approachable and very responsive. They have created a very enjoyable and friendly yet professional environment to work in. Cleanliness and facilities are excellent. All requests made by myself were accommodated with no fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend Regus Cobham to anyone, especially the great team here.

Horrible experience. Driving a lorry, pull over to sleep for a night, at 11pm, some guy wakes me up saying I have to pay a parking fee. There are no signs at all for hgvs to pay any parking fee. If i would have known there was a fee, i would not have stayed here. They ask money for the parking but dont put signs to catfish drivers in. Horrible experience, never coming back here.
