Ordered two sofas from honeypot furniture. Visited showroom first to view and they were very polite. Never felt pressurised while viewing. Delivery provided within two weeks. Excellent communications day before and tracking info provided on the day. Delivery guys great, txt when 30 mins away. They were very polite and respectful to our property (removed shoes before entering rooms) and also demonstrated the operation of the sofa bed.
Sofas look great and seem very good, obviously can’t comment on longevity as only had them a day!! But so far so good.

I have ordered from Honeypot Furniture twice now and both times have been perfect! The first time I pre ordered before moving into my house and Honeypot were so accommodating, I gave them the moving in date and they arranged a delivery time around that. First I had the Windsor High Back which I had for 3 years and loved, then decided I wanted a sofa that I can turn into a bed so went for the Carnaby U Shape Boucle, both absolutely amazing quality, super comfortable and exactly as described. Delivery drivers are so nice and friendly, would recommend every time!

This Naples sofa is amazing! It’s super comfortable, looks great in my living room, and feels very well-made. The cushions are supportive yet cozy.
The process of buying was very simple and easy, Umair is simply amazing, very helpful polite and professional. Delivery team was also very friendly and professional.
I’m so happy with this purchase—highly recommend.

Was given a delivery date 3 weeks from my order date which was absolutely fine. Was then contacted less than 48 hours before the delivery date that I wouldn’t be receiving my furniture for another 4/5 weeks. Tried numerous contact options, phone, email, social media etc and received no response. Organisation, communication (or lack of) and customer service is terrible.

There was a few problems that weren't getting sorted until someone called Robyn from honeypot got hold of me. She was absolutely amazing, she listened and got the problem sorted within a week. I ordered the Verona corner sofa with a foot stool, it was delivered within a week and looks great. The quality looks great, The delivery drivers were nice and polite. They set up the sofa took some pictures and then left. From start to finish great customer service.
