Deightons is a great British company with a large number of longstanding customer / distributor relationships worldwide. The management team is highly committed to customer service and I have observed over a number of years that they have a strong network of contacts who trust them to deliver their high quality products in a very personalised manner on a global basis.

We have represented the Deighton Manufacturing company in the Oceania area for near on 22 years, so one might think we are biased. But its completely the opposite - if we didn't find Deighton easy and honest to deal with or their equipment to be of poor quality, then we would have parted company a long time ago.
In 22 years we have had perhaps 5 area manager changes so its been terrific that they have been there a long time and get to know us well. They quickly learn our particular requirements for our sales area and how best to handle our parts account and administration. A staff change is like loosing a good friend so its been great it hasn't occurred often.
Of course there has been an occasional replacement found wanting - its not a position just anyone can fulfill. Its always picked up on quickly and appropriate changes or adjustments made. Deighton particularly seem to do their best to match staff to the duties best suitable to their talents.
Deighton are very supportive of us and our customers - customers come first always and many of our customers make themselves known to Deighton at overseas exhibitions simply because they like the equipment and wish to thank our principle for their support via us.
