Lovely site, clean and tidy. Very well set out, bathrooms kept clean. Only gripe is temp of showers fixed, so unable to lower the temp. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly, helpful site. As with all CC sites, the facilities are very dated but clean. Bus links to both Bath and Devizes are just outside the site. A pleasant walk along the canal leads to Devizes.

A lovely clean camp with friendly staff. Good sized pitches, the shower and toilets are kept really clean. There is a pub close by and a bus stop near the camp to visit Bath.

Third time here at this campsite ideal for our E bikes cycling along canal and into Devizes.There is a bus stop outside campsite and The three magpie pub forgot how nice their food was especially the home made pie taste is amazing also the berry eton mess absolutely divine.I will definitely come back again next year again only one criticism our pitch is under the trees with canal running behind it's totally pitch black walking to the toilet block so torch needed I do think more lighting in these areas much needed and also same for opposite of campsite poor lighting apart from that it's a great site

We have stayed at this site several times. Friendly wardens with a quick and efficient check in. Pitches are well maintained as is the site in general. Good dog walk on site and a nice wal along the canal to the locks. The biggest criticism, as others have noted, is the shower blocked. The staff keep them clean however, they are in desperate need of updating. The silicone around the shower trays is black and mouldy. There are also not enough for what is a large site.

Typical CCC site. Staff are of very pleasant demeanour Happy and cheerful. Full of beans if you like. They are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help. Very clean site well kept grass and foliage. Good clean out facilities for campers, motorhomes & Caravans. On different nights of the week a van appears with freshly cooked pizza, then another night fish and chips from a trailer all good prices. Hard standing pitches, grass and electric hook up. Wash rooms with washing machines, tumble dryers, iron and ironing board. All are coin operated so can be costly, unless you hang it out to dry and don't iron. The only criticism I have is the showers are scolding hot, and they are push button every 20 seconds. Get wet, then soap and wash off quickly. Close to public house, and canal for taking a walk. Shop on site with small stock of essentials. Lovely site.

Very welcoming when we arrived. All staff were nice throughout our stay. Great location on 2 minutes walk to a pub. Only a short drive in to Devizes town centre. With the canal right next door, you can go for nice walks up and down it. Overall we had a very nice time. Will definitely be going back.
