Best food in Devizes!! This pub always serves the most delicious meals. Cooked to perfection. They are dog friendly and the staff are always lovely. If you’re passing through this is the best place to stop.

Love that we have this lovely pub in Devizes. Great food, lovely staff, fab service, dog friendly.
I'd booked a table here for two of us. Louise called me a couple of hours before we arrived to inform us ahead of time that some menu items wouldn't be available as she didn't want us to be disappointed. We were very happy with the food options still available and also grateful that she was kind enough to inform us incase we wanted to make other arrangements.
I had The Gourmet Burger and the Banoffee Fudge Waffle. They had The Cowboy Burger and Warm Cookie Dough Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream. It was all absolutely delicious.

They are also very dog friendly, so it was a perfect place for us to meet and enjoy food and drinks whilst not having to leave our dogs at home.

I came for a work thing and they made me a ham salad as I don't eat fast fried, food. If you like burgers, I expect you'll like this place but that is all they serve, there is no other choice. Judging by the menu, I thought it was very expensive for burger and chips.

Roast beef was overcooked. Very hard to cut. Rather small portion of cheesecake. Chocolate brownie sundae was delicious. Attentive staff. Good service.

Called in today ad-hoc as we were in Devizes.

Had a lovely late lunch. Everything delicious and cooked to perfection and on lovely warm plates. Very charming and friendly waitress.

Without wanting to sound too much like my mother the entire place was absolutely gleaming clean (including the loo).
