I cannot recommend Vale Oils enough. We ran out of heating oil and Adam delivered on the same morning and couldn’t have been more helpful! He even assisted with getting the boiler back up and running. We used them numerous times and have always found them to be polite, professional and extremely reliable and the same to Jessica in the office. Thank you

First class service every time! We used to use a different company but Vale Oils offered very competitive prices, always extremely helpful and accommodating. They keep you fully updated on your delivery and the drivers are always friendly and mindful of our property. I won’t choose anyone else now and it’s so good to use a smaller independent company. We suddenly found ourselves without oil and were expecting to wait a while for a delivery, after all was our own fault for running out. However, Jenny couldn’t have been more understanding. She looked at the logistics and managed to slot us in within a few days. I think it was the thought of me on a Teams call, wrapped in a dressing gown!!! Jack who delivered the oil was on time, jolly and engaging. Highly recommend Vale Oils. Not only is service 5* but their price was the best too. Thank you to all the team.
